Stevie Wig Style Details
The Stevie wig has long and natural moving layers. This style is one of the longest styles that we have on our portfolio. The construction features a wefted main body, providing durability and breathability, while the double monofilament top enhances comfort and a natural look by simulating the appearance of a natural scalp. A double monofilament has an extra piece of soft material covering the top section of the cap, which makes it super comfortable to wear. Double monofilament designs are the ultimate in comfort and providing a realistic appearance. The finishing at the forehead has been delicately constructed, so it will look natural at the hairline. The Stevie wig has a polyurethane tape strip along the front, so if you have total hair loss you can adhere wig tape here for extra security. Stevie is a super popular style amongst the Simply Wigs community and we can see why. We always recommend that you look at the in-house 360 view. This feature is perfect in providing you with a full view, from every angle, so you can see what the wig will look like straight out of the box.
Measurement
We know how difficult it can be to shop for your next wig online. However, you can use these measurements below to see exactly how this style will sit against your own face and features. The Stevie boasts beautiful longer layers, and this is really what tempts our beautiful customers to make this one of our best-sellers. With a lightweight fringe measuring 10cm, you can sweep it to the side, or let it fall below your brow; it’s totally versatile and has been expertly cut to frame your face. The layers of the Stevie wig start shorter at the front, and then gradually blend into the longer layers at the back. The longest part of measures 45.5cm.
Care
Proper care is essential for maintaining the quality and longevity of your wig. Washing the Stevie wig every seven wears helps keep it clean and fresh. Additionally, using specialised products like Trendco Shampoo & Conditioner can help preserve the fibres and keep the wig in excellent condition.

Top and Crown
The TOP area of this wig is a HAND TIED, MONOFILAMENT construction. This means that wherever you part the wig, it will give the impression that the hair is coming from your own scalp. This wig also has an additional feature of being DOUBLE MONOFILAMENT. This extra soft layer will protect your scalp from the handknotting. This will ensure that it will feel like silk against your skin, an important consideration if you are purchasing a wig due to total hair loss.
Temple
Here is a beautifully constructed COMFORT strip. It is a closed, flower net material section which is slightly flexible, so you can adjust until it sits comfortably against your skin. The TEMPLE area also has an additional feature, as it has been UNDERKNOTTED. This creates a natural appearance around the ear section.
Body
To ensure that the wig is airy, the main body has OPEN WEFTS. This means that the hair has been stitched by machine onto very thin strips of elasticated material. This design ensures that the wig is cool & lightweight.
Nape
The NAPE has a beautifully constructed FINISHING strip. It is a closed, soft material section which will sit softly against your neckline.
This wig is secured by ADJUSTABLE PULL STRAPS. There is up to an inch give, so the wig can be tightened or slackened, depending upon the size of your head.

Questions & Answers
I would like to buy the Stevie wig but what do I do with my own hair, do I leave it down and put the wig on top or do I put my hair under the cap? Thank you Julie
It is personal preference if you wear a wig cap or not. The majority of our customers, with hair and that wear wigs, will use a wig cap to secure their hair in place.
Hello I have never worn a wig before, but now my hair is becoming very thin so I thought this would help. I have tried extensions but my hair is not thick enough on top to hide the clips. Please can you help and tell me what I have to do to wear the Stevie wig. Do I need to wear a cap underneath the wig? My hair now is about shoulder length. Any advise would be greatly received. Using a wig cap is a matter of personal preference. The best advice would be to try one just to see how you get on with it. A lot of our customers, do like to wear wig caps because it will hold the hair in place. In some instances, it may also prevent hair breakage due to the wig cap rubbing against the scalp. This applies if the hair is short or longer.

The HYBRANT would be described as softly shadowed roots with a mix of fibre blends to give a natural and lifelike appearance. The GRADIENT colours would be described as beautiful blended colours with a natural darker root. We would always recommend using the correct fibre product accessories on the piece as this will increase the life span and keep it in good condition. Hi, I LOVE this wig, but I ordered a colour that was not right for me. With this brand, I tend to go for Chestnut. Is there a similar colour that I could order for this wig? I am afraid the burgundy rosa will not look natural?
I am afraid that there is not a 'close' similar colour to the Chestnut available for the Stevie wig :( The closet I can suggest is the Ginger Brown but this will be closer to the Brown colours. The Burgundy Rosa is a very popular colour and does look natural but may be to much of a contrast to what you normally wear. Please also view the Robin, Misha and Brandi wig as these are similar styles and are available in the colour Chestnut.
Would i be able to trim this wig to make it shoulder length ?
Yes, all wigs can be trimmed to suit your own preference :)

Yes the fringe can be cut shorter, we would advise that this is done by a professional who is comfortable cutting fibre wigs
What is the nearest colour to 26/22 in this colour range please its veryhard to tell from the pictures.
Vanilla Lush is slightly more golden than 26-22 or Creamy blonde is slightly lighter and has more platinum than the 26-22

- How To
Simply Wigs' synthetic hair washing guide 
1. De-Tangle
Lightly brush through and gently remove any tangles using a wide tooth comb/brush. Do not pull or drag the fibre. Be gentle!
2. Shampoo
Fill your sink, or large bowl with enough cool water to submerge your wig. Pour a capful of synthetic wig shampoo in the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
3. Rinse
Remove the wig from the water. Rinse the wig under running cold water, until the water runs clear from the shampoo. Either use running water from a tap, or perhaps a shower attachment. It is okay to blot the wig with a towel, but do not twist the wig or ring it out.
4. Condition
Comb through very lightly.
There are two ways to condition your wig:- Spray on Conditioner: Simply spray onto your wig after rinsing and leave to dry naturally.
- Balsam Conditioner: After rinsing, Pour a capful of the conditioner into the water. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing. Do not rinse out though. Leave to dry naturally. (Please refer to the manufactures instructions for exact requirements)
5. Dry
Comb through your wig very lightly. Place the wig on either a poly head, or a wig stand to dry naturally overnight. Fibre wigs will maintain their style after being washed.
6. Style
When your wig is dry use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style the fibres. You may also wish to define the layers/curls with synthetic safe styling products.
